7.SALT TO TASTE
1.boil potatoes in a cooker.chop onions,capsicum,garlic.Grind ginger,boiled potato.
2.Prepare breadcrumps in a bowl
3.Add grinded potato and chopped ingredients with asfoetida,bread crumps,chilli flakes,ajwain in a bowl.Add kasuri methi with mixture.Add salt as per requirement.
4.Add some amount of olive oil or cooking oil in mixture and mix well.
5.Make small and round shapes with mixture.
6.In a A4 size sheet,grease olive oil and place the potato mixture rounds on top.
7.In barbeque or bake option bake for 15 minutes.
8.After 15 minutes turn over another side to grill.
After 30 minutes total has completed garnish with your favourite salad or sauce and enjoy with your family.
