10 Ways for women to grow taller

Gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso’s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly.

1.Bar Hanging

A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that could enhance the body to extend to move. If our body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly hanging freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises.

2. Cobra Stretch

This yoga exercise is intended to stretch human spine, which keeps body flexible. It is beneficial for the growth of the cartilage between your vertebrae, causing an increase in your vertical height. Lie on the floor with your face down and palms on the floor under your shoulders. Arch your spine up leading your chin also to form an elevated angle. Arch back as far as possible. At least 3-4 reps should be done with each repetition lasting between 5 to 30 seconds.

3.Super Cobra Stretch

keep your arms perpendicular to the floor and the spine arched (similar to the end position of cobra stretch). Now bending your hips, bring your body up to form an inverted V position. While doing this, tuck your chin against your chest and then return to the original position. Each repetition should last for 10 to 20 seconds.

4.Hopping With One Leg

This is the simplest exercise ever, this can be done anywhere, in the course of any activity like watching TV, playing in the park or while doing any other official works. Hop on your left leg eight times with your hands pointing towards the sky and then hop on your right leg in the same way. This bouncing activity is beneficial for brain development, strengthening of legs and generation of growth hormones.

5.Pilates Roll Over

This excellent workout helps in stretching your spine and provides added length to your upper body. It also stretches and lengthens the vertebrae of your neck.

Start by lying on your back with your arms along your sides and palms facing down. Keeping your legs together, extend them straight up towards the ceiling and bend them backward making them to touch the floor. The more you stretch yourself, the more your spine lengthens.This increases heigth over time.

6.Forward Spine Stretch

Sit up straight with feets in front. Your legs should be extended about shoulder width apart and your feet should be flexed. Inhale and extend your arms out in front of you. While doing so, bend forward and try to touch the tips of your toes.

Then try stretching by touching your toe tips, then you can try stretching even more to keep your spine flexed to some extent.

7.Cat Stretch

This is also known as the Indian Dandwat , this exercise is meant to open up your spine and strengthen your shoulders, chest, palms and back. Improves blood circulation. It basically stretches your hamstrings while putting stress on your stomach. It is beneficial for blood circulation. Place your hands and knees on the floor with your arms locked out. Inhale while flexing your spine down and exhale while bringing your spine up into an arched position and your head down. The spine at this position should be arched. Keep your shoulders high and elbows straight. Your pelvic bone should touch the floor. Each repetition should last for 3 to 8 seconds.

8.Forward Bend

This is a well-known and widely followed exercise to increase height.Even at schools this is practiced. Stand straight with your legs wide apart. Extend your hands up straight, bend down forward and touch the floor with your hands, without bending your knees. Then, come back again to the exact position.

9.Spot Jump

Keep your legs close and stand on your toe. Now, start jumping with your hand straight up in the air for at least 2 minutes.

10.Hands On The Head Bow Down

Stand with your hands placed together behind your neck and bend forward as much as you can. Bring your chin onto your chest but donoy try bending your knees. Each repetition should be done for 5 to 10 seconds.

My Tshirt collection 2020

A lot more happens while styling tshirt.We either dont get the perfect size or style.I personally have a lot more different colours and prints from varied websites. Today will be something way more of blacks and white shades of tshirts I owned.

This tshirt colour is kinda unique and rare.I wouldnot say its unique but its oviously rare.I got this shirt from ajio.com.Preety much ok with quality as this is already a basic one.

2.white and printed tshirt

This shirt is overall decent but bit brighter in day light.So I prefer wearing it in the evening.Goes well with three layer chains and white trousers.Not bad actually.The women printed in centre creates actual attraction though.

3.cityscape print tshirt

A new york city and a metro would go always every where. Once I buy this there is no going back. One of my favourite tshirts which is of so soft quality material and a cream coloured trousers just rocks the whole outfit of the day.

4.white illusion tshirt

ok so this one is better than all. look how classy this shirt looks with a pair or more bunch of flower bouquet in centre.The tshirt looks preety good with blue torn jeans.

5. Oversized printed tshirt

oversized tshirts has always been the one for me. Wow! Like how simple but attractive this tshirt is.The most famous tom and jerry printed on it.Mon jeans would go well with it.I got this from ajio.com.

A viral fever happens due to viral infection. Viruses are tiny germs that spread easily from person to person via various means.Unlike bacterial infections, viral fever don’t respond to antibiotics or so. Instead, most simply have to run their procedure. This can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more than that, depending on the type of infection.

For children

A high fever can be more dangerous for a young child than an adult. Follow these steps tonrwduce fever;

  • Children ages 0 to 3 months: Rectal temperature is 100.4°F (38°C) or higher.
  • Children ages 3 to 6 months: Rectal temperature is above 102°F (39°C) and they’re irritable or sleepy.
  • Children ages 6 to 24 months: Rectal temperature is above 102°F (39°C) that lasts for more than a day. If they have other symptoms, such as a rash, cough, or diarrhea, you may want to call sooner.
  • They seem unusually lethargic and irritable or have other severe symptoms.
  • The fever lasts longer than three days.
  • The fever doesn’t respond to medication.
  • They don’t maintain eye contact with you.
  • They can’t keep fluids down
  • For adults
  • Fevers can also be risky for adults in some cases. See your doctor for a fever that’s 103°F (39°C) or higher that isn’t responding to medication or lasts longer than three days.

    People sometimes try herbal remedies to treat a fever. Keep in mind that these supplements have been shown to improve fever in animals. There’s no reliable evidence that they work in humans. Their safety in children is often unclear or unknown, too. It’s best to avoid these remedies in children.

    Moringa

    Moringa is a tropical plant that has a variety of nutritional and medicinal benefits. Almost all parts of the plant contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and antibacterial agents.

    Don’t use moringa if you:

    are pregnant
    take medications that are substrates of cytochrome P450, such as lovastatin (Altoprev), fexofenadine (Allegra), or ketoconazole (Nizoral)

    Kudzu root

    Kudzu root is an herb used in traditional Chinese medicine. It has anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce pain. A 2012 study also suggests that it reduced fevers in rats, but human studies are needed to evaluate this properly.

    Avoid using kudzu root if you:

    • take tamoxifen
    • Stay cool
    • You can help cool down your body by surrounding it with cooler temperatures. Make sure you don’t overdo it. If you start to shiver, stop immediately. Shivering can cause your fever to rise.
  • Sit in a bath of lukewarm water, which will feel cool when you have a fever. (Cold water will actually cause your body to warm up instead of cool down.)
  • Give yourself a sponge bath with lukewarm water.
  • Wear light pajamas or clothing.
  • Get plenty of rest
  • A viral fever is a sign that your body is working hard to fight off an infection. Cut yourself some slack by resting as much as possible. Even if you can’t spend the day in bed, try to avoid as much physical activity as possible. Aim for eight to nine hours or more of sleep per night. During the day, take it easy.

A viral fever makes your body much warmer than usual. This causes your body to sweat in an effort to cool down. But this leads to fluid loss, which can cause dehydration.

Try to drink as much as you can when you have a viral fever to replenish lost fluids. It doesn’t have to be just water, either. Any of the following can provide hydration:

  • juice
  • sports drinks
  • broths

Hope you all got some points on how to reduce fever.But as I am not a doctor so I would suggest taking advice from a specialised doctor if this fever gets really hot more than weeks.

Santorini special dish – Pan seared Saganaki recipe

Considering how delicious it has to be , saganaki is a simple Greek recipe. There are many variations out there, but the simple cheese version is mostly popular.

Santorini special dish – Saganaki recipe

The recipe takes its name from the pan in which it’s made: the sagani, a two-handled pan made of many different tools. If you don’t have or can’t find a sagani, you can make use of a small paella pan, a small cast-iron skillet, or even an oval au gratin dish.

Serve saganaki as an appetizer, hors d’oeuvres, or as part of a meal made up of a variety of appetizers. Saganaki goes well with wine, olives, vegetable mezethes, tomatoes, and crusty brea
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound firm cheese
  • Water
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 to 3 lemons (quartered)

Process to cook
Gather the ingredients.
Cut the cheese into slices or wedges 1/2-inch thick by 2 1/2 to 3 inches wide. Each slice must be thick enough that it doesn’t melt during cooking.
Moisten each slice with cold water and dredge it in the flour. Shake off any excess flour.
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a sagani or small heavy-bottomed frying pan. Cast iron works best.
Sear each cheese slice in the heated oil until it’s golden brown.
Flip the slice midway through to brown both sides evenly.
Serve hot with a last-minute squeeze of lemon juice.

Best tips out there

So here I am again with some cool outfit ideas you can surely style in this 2020.Now that we all are enclosed at our homes for covid 19 situation.I would suggest buying excess cozy clothes as you will be able to stay back home.Am I right?

Its not compulsory to have yellow sneakers with nike pants.But it looks super cute when girls wear yellow outfit.I suggest a pair of sunglasses to wear with this outfit.This could create traffic in minds too.But this outfit is non other than from nike.The most elligant print and ‘just do it’ quote makes me more confident while working out.Its a cotton cloth with not much sweat controls.You can wear this in summer too.It is very smooth and the quality is soft.

2.Black and white combo

Ok so this outfit is so sexy.The basic white chunky sneakers always goes with black long legs.The side bag you can carry along for some money and credit card storage stuff.The top is a crop top and it is tight fitted but soft.Sometimes I love wearing this to malls even while I go for shopping.

3.black and white mix and match

This one is the blacka nd white version of the first outfit.I actually liked the shades.Ok so my point is that these clothes are so white in colour that you can wear during summer months.Get less sweats!Though the bag looks cheap but yaa it looks great.Its a basic backpack for a ssasy look with the outfit.

4.pink and purple love outfit

This outfit actually looks like a rainbow.More of purples and pinks.Seems like a jacket but its a slim crop top.super soft and sleek.This one is out of Nike too.The most easy way to style this is by wearing your pair of white boots or sneakers.Sports shoes can go well with it too.

5.Full on black mood

Winters are on the way!

Lets style this outfit with a black bag and a straped sports bra or your active wear.The best outfit for gyming.The shoes look so classy with this outfit.These shoes are too from Nike.The joggers are so comfy and loose that I even sleep wearing it sometimes.

6.Rainbow que

My favourite way of styling these outfits is wearing a pair of white boots or sneakers with white shabby shades.The exact look of 80s culture.
