Macarons Recipe for fall 2020

Enjoy having macarons this fall.I have come up with its recipe.Hope you all would love it.

MACARONS process:-

1 ¾ cups powdered sugar (210 g)
1 cup almond flour, finely ground (95 g)
1 teaspoon salt, divided
3 egg whites, at room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar (50 g)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops pink gel food coloring
VANILLA BUTTERCREAM

1 cup unsalted butter, 2 sticks, at room temperature (230 g)
3 cups powdered sugar (360 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons heavy cream


Make the macarons: In the bowl of a food processor, combine the powdered sugar, almond flour, and ½ teaspoon of salt, and process on low speed, until extra fine. Sift the almond flour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl.
In a separate large bowl, beat the egg whites and the remaining ½ teaspoon of salt with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar until fully incorporated. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form (you should be able to turn the bowl upside down without anything falling out).
Add the vanilla and beat until incorporated. Add the food coloring and beat until just combined.
Add about ⅓ of the sifted almond flour mixture at a time to the beaten egg whites and use a spatula to gently fold until combined. After the last addition of almond flour, continue to fold slowly until the batter falls into ribbons and you can make a figure 8 while holding the spatula up.
Transfer the macaron batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
Place 4 dots of the batter in each corner of a rimmed baking sheet, and place a piece of parchment paper over it, using the batter to help adhere the parchment to the baking sheet.
Pipe the macarons onto the parchment paper in 1½-inch (3-cm) circles, spacing at least 1-inch (2-cm) apart.
Tap the baking sheet on a flat surface 5 times to release any air bubbles.
Let the macarons sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until dry to the touch.
Preheat the oven to 300˚F (150˚C).
Bake the macarons for 17 minutes, until the feet are well-risen and the macarons don’t stick to the parchment paper.
Transfer the macarons to a wire rack to cool completely before filling.
Make the buttercream: In a large bowl, add the butter and beat with a mixer for 1 minute until light and fluffy. Sift in the powdered sugar and beat until fully incorporated. Add the vanilla and beat to combine. Add the cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, and beat to combine, until desired consistency is reached.
Transfer the buttercream to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
Add a dollop of buttercream to one macaron shell. Top it with another macaron shell to create a sandwich. Repeat with remaining macaron shells and buttercream.
Place in an airtight container for 24 hours to “bloom”.

A viral fever happens due to viral infection. Viruses are tiny germs that spread easily from person to person via various means.Unlike bacterial infections, viral fever don’t respond to antibiotics or so. Instead, most simply have to run their procedure. This can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more than that, depending on the type of infection.

For children

A high fever can be more dangerous for a young child than an adult. Follow these steps tonrwduce fever;

  • Children ages 0 to 3 months: Rectal temperature is 100.4°F (38°C) or higher.
  • Children ages 3 to 6 months: Rectal temperature is above 102°F (39°C) and they’re irritable or sleepy.
  • Children ages 6 to 24 months: Rectal temperature is above 102°F (39°C) that lasts for more than a day. If they have other symptoms, such as a rash, cough, or diarrhea, you may want to call sooner.
  • They seem unusually lethargic and irritable or have other severe symptoms.
  • The fever lasts longer than three days.
  • The fever doesn’t respond to medication.
  • They don’t maintain eye contact with you.
  • They can’t keep fluids down
  • For adults
  • Fevers can also be risky for adults in some cases. See your doctor for a fever that’s 103°F (39°C) or higher that isn’t responding to medication or lasts longer than three days.

    People sometimes try herbal remedies to treat a fever. Keep in mind that these supplements have been shown to improve fever in animals. There’s no reliable evidence that they work in humans. Their safety in children is often unclear or unknown, too. It’s best to avoid these remedies in children.

    Moringa

    Moringa is a tropical plant that has a variety of nutritional and medicinal benefits. Almost all parts of the plant contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and antibacterial agents.

    Don’t use moringa if you:

    are pregnant
    take medications that are substrates of cytochrome P450, such as lovastatin (Altoprev), fexofenadine (Allegra), or ketoconazole (Nizoral)

    Kudzu root

    Kudzu root is an herb used in traditional Chinese medicine. It has anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce pain. A 2012 study also suggests that it reduced fevers in rats, but human studies are needed to evaluate this properly.

    Avoid using kudzu root if you:

    • take tamoxifen
    • Stay cool
    • You can help cool down your body by surrounding it with cooler temperatures. Make sure you don’t overdo it. If you start to shiver, stop immediately. Shivering can cause your fever to rise.
  • Sit in a bath of lukewarm water, which will feel cool when you have a fever. (Cold water will actually cause your body to warm up instead of cool down.)
  • Give yourself a sponge bath with lukewarm water.
  • Wear light pajamas or clothing.
  • Get plenty of rest
  • A viral fever is a sign that your body is working hard to fight off an infection. Cut yourself some slack by resting as much as possible. Even if you can’t spend the day in bed, try to avoid as much physical activity as possible. Aim for eight to nine hours or more of sleep per night. During the day, take it easy.

A viral fever makes your body much warmer than usual. This causes your body to sweat in an effort to cool down. But this leads to fluid loss, which can cause dehydration.

Try to drink as much as you can when you have a viral fever to replenish lost fluids. It doesn’t have to be just water, either. Any of the following can provide hydration:

  • juice
  • sports drinks
  • broths

Five easy recipes with banana

Bananas are way more healthier than apples.Yaa quite obvious that any diabetic patient should not nag for these recipes after you complete reading.But some children dont like having bananas everyday.But it builds immunity and protects every age group from diseases and pollution.So here I am with some healthy banana recipes to make,for any age group.

1.BANANA BREAD PIE

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (ripe)
  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 150 g butter (chopped)
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 180° C. Grease a quiche dish with butter. Set aside.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into the dish and bake for 45 mins until edges are crisp but it’s still a little soft in the centre.

2.CARAMEL BANANA FROZEN YOGURT

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas (frozen,peeled,sliced)
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 250 g low-fat Greek yoghurt

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

3.BANANA CARAMEL CREPES

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 50 g butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 125 ml thickened cream
  • butter (extra)

FOR CREPES

  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 30 g butter (melted)
  • pinch salt

Method

  • To make crepe batter, sift flour into a large bowl. In a separate bowl or jug, whisk together egg and milk. Add this to flour with butter and salt and whisk to combine. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease with a little extra butter 
  • Peel bananas and slice thickly. Place half of the butter and half of the brown sugar in a frying pan over medium heat and stir until butter melts. Add bananas and cook, turning, for 2-3 minutes until bananas are golden. Remove from frying pan and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter and sugar to the frying pan along with the cream. Cook for 1-2 minutes until a thick caramel forms. Meanwhile, take a crepe and place a few pieces of cooked banana on top. Fold over in half, then in half again to form a triangle. Carefully place folded crepe into the pan straight on top of the caramel sauce and allow to warm through. Using a large metal spoon or spatula, turn to coat in sauce. Remove to a serving plate. Repeat with remaining crepes.

4.BANANA DAMPER

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 70 g butter (cubed)
  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a tray wth baking paper and set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the flour and brown sugar and mix.
  • Rub the butter through the flour until it resembles crumbs.
  • Pour the milk into the mashed banana and mix.
  • Add the banana and milk mix to the crumbs and using a flat bladed knife, cut the mix together until just combined.
  • Turn out onto baking tray and pat into a large round. It will be sticky and soft.
  • Press the walnuts into the top of the damper and bake for 40 minutes.

5.OATY BANANA CLUSTERS

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (small, over-ripe)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil

Method

  • Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  • Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  • Drop tablespoons of mixture onto lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container. The clusters will keep for three days in the pantry but even longer in the fridge (although they taste better warm or at room temperature).

IMPORTANCE OF REGULAR EXERCISING

Want to know why is it important to stay fit and healthy throughout the day?I hope we all know that doctors are there to catch more patients they want to.But our duty is to stay out of reach of doctor as much as we can.Doctors may prescribe us medicines but will also have some side effects.Somewhat think that the importance of being fit is to grose your styles.But truly It is necessary to avoid medicines and chemicals.We should always focus on natural cure.The best way to stay fit is obviously exercises.Well that depends on people.Let me tell you, You are getting late for office.Are’nt you?Then you need more exercise to be fit to raise your children when you come back home stressed from office.

So talking about the benefits of exercises is as follows,

1.Avoid Medicines

The more you avoid medicines the more you are naturally fit.I am not saying that just dont eat your medicine but please it’s a request to all my dear readers to enourage people and yourselves to be fit.

2.Stay Happy

While you exercise and stumble over some steps first you would get hurt but the smile on your face will be real.When you realise that you need to work upon it.Happy is when you give yourself time.Happy is one you love others and stay well.If you are sick you wont be happy to attend a wedding but you would be while you are happy.

3.Good for Muscles and Bones

Are you okk?

Dont tell me that you broke your leg today just as you passed out in the washroom.

So to avoid crackling your bones its too important to do exercises daily.Our muscles becomes strong and our bones stay fit as there remains no query with calcium deficiency.

4.Heals Chronic Diseases

Did your doctor ever recommend you doing exercises but would tell you to have rest.I am telling you.This is my personal experience that whenever I do exercises daily my sinus pain almost vanishes.Chronic patients having severe headaches and sick or fever ailing ones should exercise daily.

5.Helps in Gaining Memory

Good gracious!Please do some exercise cause they effect well to your brain and would help keep your nerves working till you die.I am not saying you to die but atleast you can spend some time with your yoga mat before you start your day.

A yogi a day keeps all negativities away is my mantra of life.

Exercising daily is a hygienic way to lead your life.Encouraging children ,aged ones and all to do so is beneficial.
